Job summary

Jobot in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for a major product. This hybrid role combines leadership across teams with a focus on optimizing logistics for a large fleet.

You will drive full lifecycle from ideation through scale, collaborating with engineering, data, and operations. Salary ranges 140k–160k per year with stock and bonus; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level PM experience is required.
• Proven success leading projects and products across full lifecycle.
• Routing or logistics experience.
• AI-forward mindset.
• Experience with AWS, Azure DevOps, and Databricks.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration.
• No sponsorship or C2C allowed.
