AI Products and Services Technology Head, Remote

At www.AI-forBussiness.com , (We are a Delhi-NCR registered company) , we are seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary AI Products and Services Technology Head to lead the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and execution (needs to be quite hands on) of our AI-driven products and solutions portfolio. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in India.

This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a high-growth, equity-heavy environment, working in startup mode, passionate about building unique and differentiated AI products and solutions, and has strong grasp to AI powered software development, no code tools, product accelerators, and prompt engineering for software solutions design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision and build upon the roadmap for AI products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Identify and prioritize product and solution features, and work on speedy execution and time to market of incremental product and solution features and rollout.
• Lead and mentor distributed engineering and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Architect and oversee the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions, including LLMs, generative AI, Agentic AI, and custom enterprise AI offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, business, operations) to drive feature delivery, integration, and customer success.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, recommending strategic investments and enhancements to maintain technological leadership.
• Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring products meet quality, scalability, rich integration capability, and compliance standards.
• Engage with external partners, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements, manage relationships, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Play an active role in supporting fundraising, investor relations, and representing the company at industry events if desired.
• The position will report to the CEO of the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (3+ years preferably) in a senior technical leadership role, ideally as CTO, Head of Technology, Head of MIS, Head of AI, or similar, within AI/ML product companies. Atleast 5+ years of total work experience (hands on and tech leadership both included) in software development and client solutions development desired.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, large language models, cloud infrastructure and modern software development practices, no code tools, automated software testing tools, product accelerators, software development focused prompt engineering.
• Strong background in architecting and delivering scalable AI-powered products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from ideation to launch.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and drive growth in a dynamic, equity-heavy environment.
