Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on fluency with AI coding workflows and modern LLM-based tools.
• Ability to build backend services, internal tools, integrations, automation, and UIs.

Responsibilities

• Own AI tooling adoption across π: identify opportunities, teach teams, drive adoption.
• Build internal AI tooling and integrations: backend services, scripts, workflows, UIs, LLM integrations, agent infra.
• Make AI agents ergonomic: manage cloud agents, automation, and monitoring for trust and usability.
• Develop tooling for engineering, research, and operations: accelerate coding, testing, reviewing, and deployment.
