Job summary

Binance is seeking an early‑career software professional to join the Pioneer Talent Program in the United States. The role focuses on designing and building AI productivity tools for internal engineering teams and LL-powered development scenarios.

You will gain hands-on experience through a tailored training curriculum and 1:1 mentorship, collaborating with engineers to improve workflows and deploy AI capabilities across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, JS).
Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
Basic understanding of LLMs and practical AI applications.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
Familiarity with backend/web development fundamentals.
Understanding of API integration and system integration principles.
Strong problem-solving and proactive, results-oriented work style.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
