Job summary

Insight Global seeks a technically savvy AI Product Manager to guide the development, testing, and adoption of AI-powered applications. You will translate business requirements into prioritized features and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data scientists to ensure accurate, valuable outcomes for end users.

You will manage backlogs and sprints in an Agile environment, lead UAT, produce clear documentation, and translate feedback into product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product or program management experience in Agile software development environments.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience testing and evaluating AI tools, chatbots, or generative AI applications.
• Experience writing and prioritizing features, requirements, and user stories.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with Jira, Agile workflows, sprint planning, and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlogs, sprints, and user stories within an Agile development environment.
• Partner with developers and data scientists to define requirements, assess technical tradeoffs, and resolve issues.
• Test and evaluate AI tools, chatbots, and LLM-based applications for quality, accuracy, consistency, and user experience.
• Lead business and user acceptance testing (UAT) for internal web applications.
• Create clear user-facing documentation, support materials, and process guides.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and translate business needs into actionable product enhancements.
• Independently manage priorities and deliverables with minimal oversight.
