Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn, AL seeks a senior leader to run the AI product portfolio governance and program management, owning the AI Product Owner team and the portfolio’s operating rhythm.

You will partner with the VP – NA AI Solutions Engineering to translate the prioritized roadmap into delivery plans, manage budget and vendor contracts, and drive enterprise-wide adoption and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in product or program management with 3+ years leading managers.
• Experience managing a portfolio-level roadmap in a large enterprise.
• Proven ability to scale program governance from informal to repeatable.
• Fluent in AI/ML concepts and able to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Experience with budgets, vendor relationships, and license operations.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong prioritization judgment under resource constraints.
• Experience leading business change management with rollout initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the AI Product Owner team with standards for backlog and requirements.
• Own the enterprise AI use case roadmap and portfolio-level trade-offs.
• Build and run program management ops across all active and pipeline use cases.
• Own intake process, scoping, and risk-tiering of new use cases.
• Oversee governance cadence: Steering Committee, Governance Council, working groups.
• Own department budget and vendor/license management for the product organization.
• Translate roadmap into resourced delivery plans with the NA AI Solutions Engineering leader.
• Define and track portfolio KPIs; report performance to enterprise leadership.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management for PO and governance teams.
• Lead business change management and adoption planning for AI portfolio.
