Job summary

Stellantis seeks an experienced Product Manager for Connected ADAS, Safety & Regulations in Auburn Hills, MI. Lead vision, set priorities with brands, and guide Product Owners on backlog flow. Own customer journeys and feature roadmaps while aligning with cross-functional teams across the Software Organization.

You will research market trends, build business cases, and ensure scalability and flexibility of the platform to meet evolving automotive needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or foreign equivalent.
7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Experience in Automotive Engineering and cross-functional product management.
Experience with Automotive Cloud environments, IoT/M2M, and ADAS systems.
Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and IBM RTC; WAN telecom knowledge.

Responsibilities

Establish and own the vision and strategic priorities with input from vehicle brands and stakeholders.
Guide Product Owners on backlog priority and balance flow into the backlog.
Ensure backlog reflects vision by collaborating with Product Owners.
Build relationships with stakeholders and influencers supporting the delivery platform.
Own the customer experience and customer journey across products.
Manage feature descriptions and product roadmaps for the line.
Research industry trends and monitor product performance with customers.
Develop business cases for new products/technologies; justify investments.
Ensure flexibility and scalability are core platform attributes.
Collaborate cross-functionally within Software Organization and across the enterprise.
