Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead finance and operations AI initiatives. You will own the product backlog, translate client requirements into agent specifications, and drive value realization from kick-off to steady-state outcomes.

You will partner with CFOs and other executives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones align with fixed-fee budgets while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in finance, consulting, and/or enterprise technology product management.
• Direct experience in at least two domains is required.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, redesign processes, sprint planning, and value realization for AI product initiatives.
• Translate business needs into agent specifications and success metrics.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and executive briefings with finance leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers, data architects, and deployment teams to ship AI solutions.
• Define and manage AI product roadmaps and delivery governance.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and ROI measurement.
