Job summary

PennyMac is seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the enterprise semantic layer across origination, servicing, and AI workflows. You will define an ontology vision, manage end-to-end product life cycles, and collaborate with data engineering to keep models current. Experience in semantic modeling and cross-functional leadership is essential.

The role emphasizes governance, adoption metrics, and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and cost-savings opportunities identified by leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or data product ownership, including at least 2 years in semantic modeling or knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the enterprise ontology product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Own and prioritize the ontology change backlog and governance process.
• Collaborate with data engineering on hydration and pipeline alignment.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
