Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to own the product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and adoption. You will translate requirements into detailed specifications and collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and design to shape technical APIs and data flows.

You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, align with go-to-market plans, and communicate progress across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
6–8+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and managing products.
Experience in a product management role focused on AI or technology-driven products.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap with stakeholders.
Own the product backlog; translate requirements into epics, user stories, and specs.
Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, data flows, and scalability.
Validate concepts via user feedback and iterative testing.
Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and feasibility.
Partner with engineering, design, and architecture for delivery and adoption strategies.
Communicate progress and decisions clearly across levels.
