Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to own the product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and adoption. You will define market-driven roadmaps, translate requirements into detailed specifications, and collaborate with engineering on technical aspects such as APIs, data flows, and architecture.

The role balances strategic thinking, user empathy, and hands-on execution, with a hybrid work model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 6-8+ years of product management experience with launch lifecycle.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog; translate requirements into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, data flows, and system scalability.
• Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing.
• Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Work with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly across levels.
