Job summary

Aegis AI in New York seeks an AI Product Manager to own the roadmap for our threat detection engine—the core layer that identifies, classifies and explains modern email attacks.

You will partner with data scientists, AI engineers and security researchers to design how our multi-agent system learns from adversarial behavior, detects zero-day threats, and improves from real-world feedback. This role directly impacts enterprise protection, accuracy, and trust in our products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong understanding of ML and AI fundamentals: model training, evaluation, deployment.
• Ability to balance model performance with precision and explainability.

Responsibilities

• Understand the threat environment by investigating real-world attacks and data.
• Design and prioritize the detection roadmap with AI agents and model improvements.
• Communicate detections to customers and build trust through narratives.
• Work with Engineering to deploy improvements and ensure scalable deployment.
