CareSource is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the AI strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for assigned business areas. You will identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with business objectives and value realization goals, collaborating with stakeholders, IT, and the AI POD to deliver compliant, scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will build and maintain practical AI solutions, support adoption, and establish success metrics to guide continuous improvement and investment decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive product management or technology experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise technology, IT automation, analytics, or AI initiatives.
• Experience with AI, ML, generative AI, predictive analytics, workflow automation, or data-driven products.
• Healthcare/managed care experience preferred.
