Job summary

Cleo is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager for remote USA to shape the AI product strategy, own the roadmap, and drive cross-functional execution from discovery to launch. You will work with engineering, data science, design, and GTM teams to deliver AI-powered products that align with Cleo's vision and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of proven product management experience, with at least 1-2 years owning AI/ML-powered product features in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product roadmap including LLM-powered features and ML-driven automation.
• Develop understanding of customer experience to identify AI value gaps and growth opportunities.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to scope models and tradeoffs for speed and cost.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, MVP scope, and KPI frameworks.
• Define and monitor AI feature success metrics through dashboards and reports to leadership.
• Conduct buy/build/partner analyses for AI capabilities and vendors.
• Scope activities by business impact and balance near-term wins with long-term AI investments.
• Drive product launches with marketing and executives, ensuring clear AI messaging.
• Act as an AI evangelist to build awareness and trust in capabilities.
• Visit customers to gather feedback on features and surface future opportunities.
