Jack Henry is seeking a Product Manager Advisor to balance tactical sprint work with hands-on product discovery and commercialization. You will lead internal and external beta programs for AI Gateway and platform products, translating strategy into prioritized backlogs and actionable requirements.

You will partner with Architecture and Engineering to validate feasibility, document features for GTM, and collaborate with onboarding and support teams to drive adoption and measurable success.

Qualifications

10+ years of software or platform product experience.
Hands-on beta testing / early-adopter programs.
Translates strategy into backlogs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Adapts quickly to feedback and governance changes.
Uses user data and model metrics to assess value.

Responsibilities

Research market trends and articulate product requirements.
Engage in product planning to differentiate from competitors across lifecycle.
Develop marketing plans and product positioning.
Oversee pricing strategies and market research.
Support GTM readiness with feature docs and beta metrics.
Travel up to 25% for meetings and conferences.
May assist less experienced peers and perform other duties.
