Job summary

TribalScale is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own client engagements end-to-end—from scoping to shipped product—across AI agent initiatives, greenfield builds, and modernizing legacy platforms. You’ll bridge clients and agentic engineering teams, turning ambiguous business problems into scoped, sequenced work and delivering measurable impact.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, agency or consulting experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Lead greenfield AI agent builds and platform modernization efforts.
• Translate ambiguous client asks into scoped work and PRDs.
• Partner with agentic engineers to select appropriate approaches.
• Define success criteria and sequence delivery for engineering teams.
• Set guardrails and evaluation criteria before production data use.
