Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Experience in agile environments.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products and chatbots.
• Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and stakeholders to deliver software products.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value.
• Lead product discovery to identify opportunities and business cases.
• Define requirements with engineers, UX, analytics, and stakeholders.
• Drive evolution of AI agent and chatbot capabilities for students.
• Translate strategy into features, epics, and user stories.
• Measure performance and tie initiatives to KPIs.
• Support launches, release planning, and post-launch analysis.
