Job summary

Programmers.io in Austin, TX is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the product strategy for AI-driven enterprise software. You will lead cross-functional teams of AI/ML engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with large language models, governance, security, and data privacy, plus strong stakeholder engagement with executives. Onsite collaboration and agile practices are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering AI or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with Gemini, Claude, and other LLMs for enterprise use cases.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for AI-driven products.
• Ability to evaluate LLMs based on performance, cost, security, and business needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders and executives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, designers, and business analysts.
• Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
