Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, defining shared standards, and coordinating best practices across the firm.

You will drive customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions, while supporting product vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from ideation to delivery across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven lifecycle success.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
