Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, define shared standards, and coordinate best practices across the firm. You will guide product vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from ideation to delivery, partnering with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.

You will conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions, contributing to successful product launches in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience.
• Experience with AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning and capability development.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Support Product Managers in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Develop PRDs, business cases, and feature specs to guide delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Support release planning and go-to-market readiness.
