Job summary

Automation Anywhere seeks a Product Manager to shape the next generation of agentic AI within the APA platform. This hands-on role spans computer-use agents and emerging agent harnesses, requiring strong product instincts and deep technical curiosity.

You will partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to translate AI capabilities into usable, commercially valuable enterprise products, moving fluidly between strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software.
• At least 1 year hands-on PM experience with Generative AI/LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Define and execute the roadmap for computer-use capabilities and agent harnesses within the AI platform.
• Work directly with customers, partners, and prospects to uncover pain points and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and applied AI teams to ship high-quality, technically sophisticated products in an agile environment.
• Create clear product specs, PRDs, and narratives aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
