Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing or hybrid tech roles (enterprise PM, CS, implementation, strategy consulting, or solutions engineering).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs or product briefs.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and uncover customer needs in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience deploying or implementing enterprise SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scope and prioritize high-impact use cases by collaborating with strategic accounts.
• Lead product design workshops to translate needs into AI agent workflows.
• Author agent requirements with clear, actionable specifications for engineering.
• Drive end-to-end deployments for large enterprise customers, managing timelines and success metrics.
• Champion customer success by monitoring value and suggesting enhancements.
