Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to operate at the intersection of client needs, business strategy, and engineering execution. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end from discovery to delivery and adoption, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 6-8+ years of product management experience with launching/managing products.
• Experience in AI/technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines.
• Foundational AI knowledge and AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog; translate requirements into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, data flows, and scalability.
• Validate concepts via user feedback and iterative testing.
• Prioritize features based on client value, business impact and feasibility.
• Work with engineering, design, and architecture for timely delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market and adoption strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions across levels.
