Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to own product roadmaps from discovery through delivery and adoption. You will partner with engineering, architecture, and design to translate market needs into detailed specs and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 6-8+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of launching and managing products.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog; translate requirements into epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, integrations, data flows, and system scalability.
• Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing.
• Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Work with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly across levels.
