Job summary

Cleo Communications US, LLC is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to define and lead the AI product strategy across our fast-growing SaaS platform. You will partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to ship high-impact AI features while balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.

You will own the AI roadmap, specify requirements, and establish KPI frameworks tied to measurable customer outcomes, reporting progress to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years PM experience with 1–2 years AI/ML features in SaaS.
• Proven track record from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Ability to communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
• Solid technical background with modern AI/ML tech and SaaS architectures.
• Ability to read ML outputs and evaluation metrics (precision/recall, AUROC, RMSE, F1).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Usability focus and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix org.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product roadmap including LLM-powered features and ML-driven automation.
• Identify AI gaps to grow market share and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to scope models and ship fast.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, MVP scope, and KPIs.
• Define and monitor AI feature success metrics via dashboards and reports.
• Evaluate build/partner options for new AI capabilities.
• Prioritize work by business impact and customer value.
• Lead product launches with marketing, PR, and executives.
