Job summary

Dyno Therapeutics is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the development of its AI-enabled biological design platforms. You will bridge modeling, software, and wet-lab validation to deliver systems scientists can deploy and rely on.

You’ll collaborate with scientists, engineers, and operations to translate complex biological questions into production-ready APIs, data pipelines, and user-facing tools, balancing speed with reliability in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• PhD in computational biology or related field is required.
• Strong foundation in software development practices, including version control, testing, deployment, and security.
• Experience building and scaling backend systems or APIs in production environments.
• Experience contributing to production-grade data AI-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of external-facing AI platforms and tools.
• Develop field-relevant benchmarks for AI tasks in biological design.
• Build and improve AI-driven workflows integrating models, data systems, and experimental feedback.
• Translate scientific questions into production-ready systems, including APIs and pipelines.
• Collaborate with wet lab teams to ensure computational outputs are tested experimentally.
• Contribute to product direction by identifying opportunities where AI improves design.
• Move quickly from prototype to production while balancing speed and reliability.
