Job summary
Freehand Inc. is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development of autonomous, agent-based spend management workflows.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and GTM teams to ship production-grade AI agents that optimize complex spend processes with explainability and reliability. You will work with CXOs at Fortune 100 companies to translate pain points into product innovations, shaping vision, architecture, and roadmaps for critical enterprise automations in a
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B product management, especially first-in-market products.
- Experience launching agentic AI products with multi-agent systems.
- Strong understanding of AI evaluation metrics (factuality, grounding, latency).
- Experience with governance and compliance for enterprise data systems.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, architecture, and execution for AI Teams for Spend Management.
- Define agent design patterns and orchestration to balance accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure end-to-end observability and auditability of AI decisions.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and data teams to build training loops and eval sets.
- Lead UX for AI interactions across interfaces and explainable agent experiences.
- Engage with enterprise stakeholders to drive product strategy and roadmaps.
