Job summary

Freehand is building the worker for the AI era. We partner with enterprise customers to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that integrate ERP, TMS, spend management, and payments.

You will lead enterprise delivery, drive migrations, and work across product and engineering to translate business goals into scalable architecture. This role requires 6–10 years of experience in enterprise software delivery and a track record of complex implementations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, consulting, or enterprise delivery roles.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, finance operations, or enterprise SaaS platforms preferred.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, Spend management, or payment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to enterprise customers across operations, finance, supply chain, and IT teams.
• Define business objectives, requirements, priorities, and transformation roadmap with customers.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders from ops to executive leadership.
• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions integrating ERP, TMS, Spend management, and other systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live.
• Drive delivery excellence and ensure business value realization.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for integrations and product improvements.
