Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping production AI features and agent workflows.
• 3+ years of product management on technically complex AI/data platforms or APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product strategy and roadmap, deciding which workflows an agent should handle end-to-end, assist, or stay out of.
• Evaluate feasibility, failure modes, and maintainability of agentic features.
• Define and defend the agent boundary: autonomous actions vs human-confirmed steps.
• Translate customer needs and model capabilities into clear PRDs for engineering.
• Partner with engineering to design, build, and ship agents with high accuracy, latency, and security.
• Build and own the evaluation harness with datasets, rubrics, and regression tests.
