Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with subject matter experts to understand existing workflows, decision points, bottlenecks, exception handling, and operational metrics.
• Document current-state processes, including cycle times, error rates, manual effort, and business impact.
• Identify undocumented practices, workarounds, and edge cases that may influence solution design.
• Challenge assumptions and validate findings through structured analysis and stakeholder engagement.

AI Solution Design & Documentation

• Translate business and operational insights into future-state AI-driven process designs.
• Create detailed solution specifications outlining functionality, inputs, outputs, business rules, quality controls, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate potential external engineering or implementation partners based on capability, experience, and engagement requirements.
• Develop recommendations supported by business cases, impact assessments, and implementation considerations.

Delivery & Partner Management

• Coordinate day-to-day execution activities with external development partners.
• Monitor progress against requirements, milestones, and delivery expectations.
• Review outputs and identify deviations from agreed specifications.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, quality reviewers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Quality Assurance & Evaluation

• Design quality-control frameworks prior to implementation, including review processes, validation methods, and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with technical and analytical teams to define success metrics, benchmark datasets, and performance thresholds.
• Ensure solution outputs are reviewed and validated before broader user adoption.

Deployment & Change Adoption

• Coordinate pilot and validation periods that compare AI-generated outputs against existing processes.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to drive adoption.
• Measure business outcomes against established baselines and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, product analysis, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Direct experience working with AI-enabled or machine learning-based products.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct process discovery with business stakeholders and translate findings into actionable requirements or solution designs.
• Experience producing product artefacts such as process maps, requirements documents, specifications, or design briefs.
