Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Product Manager to define the Employee Agent product vision and roadmap, delivering high-value AI scenarios across knowledge, content, collaboration, and workflow execution. You will design AI capabilities and lead end-to-end lifecycle from research to launch, with a focus on measurable outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have strong product delivery skills, experience with enterprise software and AI, and the ability to translate complex business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in enterprise software, AI, productivity tools, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define Employee Agent product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on user needs and business value.
• Identify and deliver high-value employee AI scenarios across knowledge, content, collaboration, and workflow execution.
• Design AI capabilities such as context, memory, skills, domain-agent orchestration, and enterprise-system integration.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from user research and requirements to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Define and track key metrics, including WAU, retention, task success rate, CSAT, time savings, and AI output quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, security, and data teams to ensure scalable and responsible delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn complex business needs into clear product strategies and requirements.
• Strong user research, data analysis, prioritization, and product delivery capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems, workflows, or global products is preferred.
