Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Employee Agent product vision and roadmap, focusing on AI-enabled knowledge, content, collaboration, and workflow capabilities.

You will partner with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver high-value AI scenarios, measure success with WAU, CSAT, and task completion, and own end-to-end lifecycle from user research to launch and iteration.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, productivity tools, or SaaS.
Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and evaluation methodologies.
Proven ability to turn complex business needs into clear product strategies and requirements.
Strong user research, data analysis, prioritization, and product delivery capabilities.
Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience with enterprise systems, workflows, or global products is preferred.
