Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Senior AI Developer to design, implement, and scale an Agentic AI platform for AI-powered customer solutions. You will collaborate with AI engineers to deploy AI services across enterprise ecosystems and scale AI tools coherently.

You should apply deep AI knowledge, be hands‑on, and integrate AI tools into a cohesive platform across cloud, on‑prem, and edge environments. The role emphasizes security, MLOps, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions (multi‑modal preferred)
• Experience with LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Hugging Face, Bedrock)
• Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies (GPUs, CUDA, TensorRT) is an advantage

Description and Requirements

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI Developer to design, implement, and scale out an Agentic AI platform that streamlines the creation of AI-powered customer solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with AI engineers to deploy and scale AI services across enterprise infrastructures. The position requires a great understanding of AI technologies, excellent developer skills, and the ability to create repeatable solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should apply your deep understanding of AI, be hands‑on, and be able to integrate AI tools into a cohesive platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions aligned with Lenovo’s strategy and technical standards
• Design and build AI architectures, inference engines, agents, and user interfaces
• Deliver end-to-end AI systems using LLMs, SLMs, VLMs, and relevant frameworks
• Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, including cloud, on-premise, and edge environments
• Select and implement AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
• Ensure security standards (encryption, access control, vulnerability management) across AI solutions
• Apply AIOps and AI development best practices for both experimentation and production
• Create technical documentation and support pre‑sales activities (RFPs, solution design)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions (multi‑modal preferred)
• Experience with LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Hugging Face, Bedrock)
• Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies (GPUs, CUDA, TensorRT) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of cloud and on‑prem environments, including Kubernetes/containerization
• Proven experience with MLOps / LLMOps / AIOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
• Strong programming skills in Python, React, and scripting languages

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 42,200–61,820EURper year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakiaand is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
