Job summary
McKesson seeks a Senior AI Product Strategy Analyst to shape data, analytics, and AI products for McKesson Medical-Surgical. You will lead strategy, roadmap, valuation, and lifecycle management of data and AI offerings, partnering with stakeholders, data scientists, and developers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in product strategy or AI product management.
- Experience defining KPIs and ROI or business-case models for technology or data products.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop data and AI product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Lead products through the full lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
- Identify AI, analytics, or automation opportunities and define requirements.
- Define success metrics, priorities, and ROI valuation models.
- Coordinate proofs of concept and MVPs with data scientists and engineers.
- Present strategies and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Collaborate across teams to align data/AI initiatives with org goals.
- Evaluate performance, adoption, risks, and business outcomes.
