Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
7+ years in product management, digital/AI product or operations roles.
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
Experience with ERP, planning systems and operational data.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and evaluating vendor solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversees development of actionable product roadmaps by integrating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
Oversees product positioning and pricing strategy based on market conditions.
Owns product backlog and roadmap; prioritizes features with AI engineers and data scientists.
Builds business cases and tracks realized value post go-live (inventory, service levels, productivity).
Reports status, value and key decisions to AI leadership and business leaders.
