Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer to lead the development of its semantic data products and enterprise data connectivity.

This role sits in IT with business, data, and technology leaders, defining and operationalizing a shared semantic foundation for core entities like customers, policies, and claims. You will drive vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption, mentoring product managers and ensuring measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including data or data platform products.
• Experience leading teams or enterprise-wide programs (3+ years).
• Proven track record owning products end-to-end with strategy, roadmap, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Lead semantic data product evolution and ensure data is governed and reusable.
• Drive adoption and measurable value through connected data across domains.
• Partner with data engineering, EA, and AI/ML teams to translate concepts into scalable implementations.
