Job summary

Nexus Black, part of IFS Nexus Black, is seeking a role focused on Resolve with strong product thinking and direct customer engagement. You will bridge customer needs with product and manage delivery from initial engagement through live deployment in industrial environments.

Ideal candidates bring domain fluency in field service or utilities, technical fluency for ERP integrations, and a hands-on, delivery-driven mindset to close gaps between promise and reality.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in Resolve and related industries (field service, utilities, manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of ERP integration needs and data flows.
• Comfort in engaging with sales teams and customers directly.
• Ability to own delivery end-to-end from demo to live production.
• Finisher mindset with accountability for delivery gaps and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects directly, learn their day-in-the-life, and represent it inside Resolve.
• Capture customer requirements beyond current Resolve capabilities and bring to Product.
• Own delivery end-to-end from demo to production setup and go-live.
• Scope true exceptions and articulate deltas for AI engineering.
• Hand off after go-live and move on to the next challenge.
