Job summary

Nexus Black is seeking a dedicated Resolve-focused specialist who combines strong product thinking with hands-on delivery and field presence on customer sites.

You will collaborate with Sales to understand customer day-in-the-life, articulate gaps to Product, and translate requirements into a live Resolve experience from onboarding to go-live.

After go-live, you will hand off to the adoption team and pursue the next opportunity, maintaining a customer-centric view and a finisher's mindset.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in field service, asset maintenance, or facility management.
• Strong ability to brief an AI engineer or config agent precisely.
• Comfort in the sales motion with on-site client interactions.
• Finisher's mindset to own delivery until go-live.
• Genuine curiosity about how customers work and operate on their floor.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects directly, learn their day-in-the-life, and represent it back to Resolve to ensure we heard them.
• Voice the delta and capture beyond-Resolve requirements for Product to evaluate.
• Own delivery end to end from demo to production, ensuring a live, value-delivering setup.
• Scope true exceptions and articulate a delta for AI engineering when necessary.
• Hand off after go-live to the adoption team and move on to the next challenge.
