Job summary

Siemens Mobility invites an AI Enablement & Product Lead to join our Wendell, NC team. The role connects the AI Excellence group with the business unit, ensuring AI investments address real problems, are prioritized, and drive adoption and measurable value.

You’ll drive AI product ownership, demand shaping, and portfolio management while collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, business process improvement, technology delivery, AI enablement, or related disciplines.
• Practical enterprise AI capabilities, use cases, adoption models, and technology-enabled business improvement.
• Translating business needs into technology requirements, user stories, delivery backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating stakeholder discussions, managing priorities, and aligning business and technical teams.
• Developing business cases, value measures, portfolio reporting, and adoption tracking.

Responsibilities

• Demand discovery and shaping with business units to identify AI opportunities.
• Develop and translate use cases into well-defined requirements and backlogs.
• Prioritize and manage AI demand, value, feasibility, risk, and alignment to strategy.
• Own AI product requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Maintain portfolio visibility, develop business cases, track adoption and value realization.
• Build AI champion networks and enable adoption through education and playbooks.
