Job summary

Verifast is hiring an AI Product Engineer to turn client problems into working AI-powered products. You will own problems end to end, engage with clients and internal teams, decide what to build, ship it, and measure outcomes. This role blends product management with building and shipping AI-enabled features.

You will design prompts, tools, and workflows, and work with engineering to productionize solutions while maintaining a client-centric focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product role, owned features end to end.
• Shipped work you can point to and explain impact.
• Strong product judgment to identify actual pain and improve workflows.
• Experience turning direct customer conversations into product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to build working software with AI assistance.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end to end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Run discovery directly with clients, CS, Support, and Operations.
• Decide what's worth building and size opportunities.
• Write clear specs for engineering, support, and leadership.
• Define success with measurable metrics and track after launch.
• Contribute to roadmap with evidence-based perspective.
• Navigate regulated product constraints and client-specific rules.
