Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to AI/ML solution architecture, design, and testing within the Infosys Insurance unit. You will drive requirements, design, coding, and quality processes across production-grade AI applications in a dynamic insurance domain environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end SDLC involvement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on coding with a focus on reliability and scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in test consulting and automation.
• Experience in AI/ML solution architecture design to create scalable AI systems.
• Experience in agentic AI engineering workflow orchestration using LangGraph, LangChain, and LLMs.
• Experience in building reusable reference implementations, libraries, and playbooks for AI-ML augmented engineering.
• Experience in prompt engineering, solution architecture and design, RAG, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation and document business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and guide development teams.
• Participate in coding and integrate features with focus on stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
