Job summary

BDIPlus is seeking an AI Product Engineer to design, build, and deliver enterprise software with integrated AI capabilities. You will own architecture from design to production, work across the full stack, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Infra teams.

You will lead the development of AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, LLM pipelines, embeddings, and vector search, ensuring scalable and secure production systems. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent; PhD is a plus.
• 3+ years of professional software or product engineering.
• Hands-on full stack development with production responsibility.
• Strong API and backend services experience (FastAPI/Flask).
• System design and scalable distributed systems expertise.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and agentic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise software end-to-end.
• Own architecture from design through production and deployment.
• Build front-end experiences, backend APIs, and data integrations.
• Create reusable services supporting multiple capabilities and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Infra teams.
• Apply secure coding, automated tests, CI/CD, and reviews.
• Define service boundaries, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Build agentic workflows and AI-enabled product features.
• Design and optimize RAG/LLM pipelines and embeddings.
