What You Will Do

• Own the fullstack engineering process from architecture to execution, building new features end-to-end

• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their workflows and tailor AI solutions to meet their specific needs

• Build and scale robust APIs, backend infrastructure, and intuitive frontend interfaces

• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to define roadmap, prioritize customer needs, and ship value quickly

• Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and customers—solving complex engineering and product challenges in real-time

• Shape the foundation of the platform by contributing to strategic technical decisions and setting best practices for future hires

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4+ years of fullstack engineering experience with a focus on both building new products and scaling systems

• Proven experience delivering 0→1 products, ideally at a high-growth startup or in an early engineering hire capacity

• Strong track record working closely with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions

• Background in building scalable APIs, data infrastructure, or workflow automation tools

• Experience in high-growth environments with strong engineering culture

Preferred

• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL

• Experience integrating with AI/ML technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, or similar tools

• Familiarity with logistics, operations, or enterprise platforms is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to balance product thinking with deep technical implementation

• Strong communication skills and a passion for solving real user problems

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $160,000 – $260,000
