Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in product management, digital transformation, or AI enablement.
• Experience translating business needs into tech requirements and user stories.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and align business and technical teams.
• Experience developing business cases, value metrics, and adoption tracking.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI, automation, analytics, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Develop and translate use cases from business problems into actionable initiatives.
• Manage AI demand intake, evaluate value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Own AI product requirements, backlog, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Maintain portfolio visibility, define measurable success criteria, and track adoption.
• Build and support AI champion networks and resources to accelerate adoption.
• Create enablement materials like playbooks and training resources.
