Jobot is seeking an AI Product Development Engineer in Indianapolis to help build and launch an AI-powered product for a mission-driven organization. You will work in a hybrid schedule, partnering with an external vendor to guide development, testing, and campus-wide rollout.

The role requires 3+ years in software/AI, hands-on AI integration, and a strong problem-solving mindset. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to impact product direction and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into software applications.

They are currently building out a new product, and have partnered with a team to help with the product launch! They are seeking an AI Product Engineer to join the team out of Indianapolis.

Job Details

This role will serve as the internal technical expert, partnering with an external vendor to guide product development, testing, and eventual campus-wide implementation. The product is currently in development, with an anticipated launch in approximately one year.
