Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking an AI Product Designer to design AI-powered workflows for field operators, managers, and executives. This fully remote role partners with product, engineering, data science, and operations to shape conversational interfaces, decision-support tools, and explainable AI across enterprise environments.

You will help establish AI design patterns, demonstrate measurable business impact, and contribute to governance, usability studies, and inclusive design across products

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in UX or product design.
• At least 2 years of AI design experience.
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications and workflows.
• Experience shipping enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered problem solving and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI workflows for document understanding, recommendations, forecasting, workforce planning, and decision support.
• Create transparent experiences that convey data sources, rationale, confidence levels, and data quality notes.
• Design conversational and agentic experiences (guided assessments, chat, voice-enabled workflows).
• Build what-if scenario tools to compare staffing, cost, and performance tradeoffs.
• Conduct contextual inquiry, field research, usability studies, and cross-functional workshops.
