Job summary

Chubb is seeking a VP, AI Product Delivery to lead the execution of AI-enabled underwriting capabilities globally. You’ll own the roadmap for a portfolio of AI initiatives, shape design, sequencing, and drive adoption with senior leaders across the organization.

With 15+ years in product and delivery leadership in P&C insurance, you’ll set outcomes, balance trade-offs, and ensure end-to-end accountability from roadmap definition through realized business value.

• Strong product mindset with execution bias.
• End-to-end accountability for a product portfolio.
• Understanding AI value across underwriting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for AI capabilities globally, with a focus on underwriting.
• Shape solution design with domain expertise alongside engineering and product teams.
• Drive execution from build through deployment to adoption and business value realization.
• Partner with senior product leaders and analysts across regions to align on scope and sequencing.
• Define clear success metrics and hold teams to business value realization.
• Engage with underwriting leaders to validate needs and adoption of capabilities.
