  • Supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap
  • Analyzes and evaluates product metrics across the development life cycle
  • Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support development
  • Owns the foundational NAC roadmap and cross‑channel capabilities for agentic experiences
  • Designs and scales cross‑channel frameworks, reusable UI components, and interaction standards
  • Defines and evolves conversational foundations for consistent agent behavior across surfaces
  • Translates platform needs into PRDs, acceptance criteria, milestones; drives delivery lifecycle

As a Senior Product Associate in Chase’s Agentic Experience organization, you are an integral part of the team building and scaling the foundational agentic capability (NAC) across web and mobile. In this role, you’ll own the core platform and cross‑channel building blocks that enable consistent, high‑quality agentic experiences—such as channel-optimized rendering patterns, a reusable design system/library, conversational primitives, widgets/components, and integration frameworks used by partner teams. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, stability, and usability, you will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Channel partners to deliver a cohesive foundation that accelerates delivery of agentic experiences across the ecosystem.

Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Own the foundational NAC roadmap and product strategy—defining the core capabilities, reusable building blocks, and cross‑channel standards needed to deliver agentic experiences at scale across web and mobile
  • Design and scale cross‑channel frameworksincluding rendering/design pattern guidance, reusable UI component/widget libraries, and interaction standards that ensure consistency while supporting channel‑specific optimization
  • Define and evolve conversational foundations(e.g., reusable conversational functions, interaction patterns, guardrails, handoffs, and response structures) to enable consistent agent behavior across surfaces
  • Partner deeply with Engineering and Designto translate platform needs into clear product requirements (PRDs), acceptance criteria, and prioritized milestones; drive delivery through the full product development lifecycle
  • Own and maintain a product backlogspanning foundational capabilities, widgets/components, channel enablement work, and platform integrations—ensuring alignment to the broader Agentic Experience strategic roadmap
  • Establish platform quality and scale mechanisms(documentation, governance, adoption pathways for internal teams, integration playbooks, versioning, and deprecation plans) to ensure reusable foundations are easy to implement and maintain
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Proven ability to deliver and scale capabilities across complex, multi‑channel digital products (web and mobile), including experience with design systems, reusable UI patterns, or platform enablement for partner teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams (Channels, Design, Engineering, Analytics) and drive decisions independently without escalation

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience with AI-driven or agentic product experiences, personalization engines, or proactive customer communication platforms
