Job summary

McKinsey & Company offers a full-time summer internship for bachelor’s or master’s students in computer science, business, or related fields. The program runs 8–12 weeks with graduation between December 2027 and August 2028, based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, or New York.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in CS, business, or a related field with a 2027–2028 graduation date.
Experience in a product management or product analyst role with exposure to digital/AI product development.
Ability to collect and organize user, market, and competitor insights to inform product decisions.
Experience supporting product roadmaps, backlog items, and product launches.
Familiarity with writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Data-driven mindset to track metrics and support reporting.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle from insights to adoption.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and industry experts.
Develop understanding of how product teams operate and contribute to AI product challenges.
Help track product metrics and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
