Job summary

Referment is hiring an AI product analyst in Denver to streamline investment-research processes using agentic AI tools. You will work with analysts and portfolio managers to identify bottlenecks, prototype practical tools, and improve how ideas are sourced, documents are synthesized, screens are run, and models are maintained.

You will read, modify, and debug code with Python and APIs, and apply a product-minded approach to evolving workflows amid ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and hands-on prototype building with agentic AI tools.
• Ability to read, modify, and debug code, with API and data-feed familiarity.
• Understanding of fundamental investment research, including models and thesis development.
• Strong product mindset and ability to operate independently amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Map investment-research processes and identify repetitive or high-friction work.
• Redesign workflows using agentic AI tools and rapid prototyping.
• Build and deploy lightweight AI-powered solutions, then iterate from user feedback.
• Document successful workflows and share practices that improve AI fluency.
• Ensure tools respect data licensing, information barriers, and compliance requirements.
